A service representative will be available at the time or will book you at an alternative time when you can speak to someone who will be able to assist you.  It is always a good idea that any relevant papers are faxed or forwarded beforehand so that we can offer the best advice. If we can help you, we will outline a strategy and agree costs on a fixed fee basic.

We will quote our fees on a pro-forma invoice basis. We will commence on you case as soon as possible.

At all times we will guarantee confidentiality and if requested anonymity. We will not contact any third party until we have you express permission.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Income Express Flash will review your problem, determine a strategy and give you a fixed price quote.

2.  After the quote is issued, a letter of engagement will be required before any work is undertaken.

3.  If you are already professionally represented we will assist you in seeking clearance to act on the particular matter from you present advisor.

4.  The Internal Revenue Service will require written authorization from you before we can approach or hold telephone meetings with them on your behalf.

5.   Our fees are payable half up front and the remainder upon satisfactory completion of the work.
